Harrogate Borough Council have become the latest local authority to deploy Self-Pay Kiosks, allowing payments for a variety of funds.
The machines have been installed in the centre of Harrogate & at the newly refurbished customer service centre in Ripon (pictured below). The simple touch screen menus that are displayed on the kiosk have encouraged customers to use the self-service solution, evidenced in the high level of transactions witnessed since deployment.
The Self-Pay Kiosks are fully integrated into the council’s Capita cash receipting system, providing real time transaction data.
