Leicester City Council opened the doors of their new customer service centre on the 27th of January. The new centre is replacing two previous council offices in the area and is now accepting enquiries on all council business.
Featuring two Self-Pay Kiosks, the centre offers customers a quick and easy method of paying a variety of council bills.
A local paper canvassed some of the first customers to visit the new centre.
