Bedford Borough Council required a self-service solution that accepted card payments only, as they wanted to restrict the amount of cash processed in their Customer Service Centre.
Our Card Payment Kiosk was the ideal solution for the Council as it provides a completely stand-alone self-service solution for card payments, removing the need for staff attendance.
With real time integration into the Council’s cash receipting system, all transactions are posted immediately without a member of staff needing to enter any data. This eliminates any reconciliation process and limits the day to day management of the kiosk to ensuring the receipt roll is in place.
The sleek, freestanding design has a much smaller footprint, which is ideal for sites where space is at a premium; such as libraries or smaller reception areas.
